I need my system to understand that the customer’s monthly payment was made by him and unlock the panel. How is this possible?

You’d need to create various payment workflows…

I’d recommend having a database field for your Users, something like “premium” and set that to yes when they pay. To check every month, you can use Stripe webhooks to make sure the monthly payment is successful.
