It would be nice if there was an indicator that displayed the opacity percentage as you move the slider up and down.

I was thinking a field where we can set it without the slider (using the arrows perhaps?)
Some design tools add two digits at the end of the color code. So that if the code is 8 digits, the two last ones are understood to be opacity.
This is very, very practical as it allows easy copy and paste, including opacity.
We just added this, you’ll see now the percentage number in a separate input next to the color picker
