please ignore point 1, this is cause by the height of the error / success message.
Thx for your reply!
Hello @ZeroqodeSupport ,
we have bought the plugin but unfortunately strange problems. We need mostly German and Austrian numbers. Unfortunately we can not always type them completely. Sometimes the plugin does not allow us to enter the last digit(s).
Example of an Austrian number:
06641234567
But in the field we can only type
0664123456
in the field. The input field also puts a space between 0664 and 123456 there.
The same problem exists with German numbers.
The curious thing is: sometimes it works, sometimes not.
If we ignore the selection via the flag symbol and type +436641234567 into the field, then the field accepts the entire input.
What could be the cause? So the plugin is unfortunately unusable.
Hello, @hello.plannwin

Thanks @ZeroqodeSupport for the quick response.
It would be very nice if this problem could be solved. Until then, the plugin cannot be used in the production environment.
Thanks!
Hello, @DdWw
By this message, we would like to notify you that we have fixed some errors with the Phone Number Input plugin and now, it works properly.
Please upgrade the plugin to the latest version (1.32.0.) and give it a try
Looking to hearing from you soon.

Hi @ZeroqodeSupport ,
thanks for the fast delivery of a new version.
The original problem seems to be fixed. I have been able to enter all numbers in full length so far.
Unfortunately, an unusual problem occurs.
After I have entered the number and clicked the Save button, the number in the input field changes and the last digit disappears. However, when I reload the page, the number is displayed correctly.
So it is taken over correctly, but after saving and until reloading it is unfortunately displayed incorrectly.
(see attachet gif below)
Is this error known? What can be the cause?
hi @levon
The last update broke the formatting of the phone number
Old version(see spacing between number):
New version:
Can you fix it?
Also, the conditionals do not work:
@ZeroqodeSupport
The plugin still has a very random behavior. Someone commented that they could not specify a number with 12 digits. I tested it on the site and it worked. But now it does not work again and I can only specify 11 digits.
So unfortunately the plugin is useless for us.
Hi there, is it possible to add shadow to the field?
Hello, @jaci
Thanks for reaching out.
In case you need to add a shadow to the plugin input, we can recommend you place the plugin element in the group and indicate the Plugin element as a Data Source:
This hint could help you to add shadows and embed your input

As others have noted in subsequent comments, the new version has formatting issues. When will this be fixed? The previous and current version has an incorrect error red border (if marked as a required field) even though the number is correct and displays the success message, so that version is not viable for production release either.
Previous version 1.31.0 (correct formatting on non-required field):
Previous version (red-border shown on correctly formated number when the field is required):
Latest Version 1.32.0 (incorrect display formatting on non-required field)
Latest Version (incorrect display formatting with incorrect red border on correctly formatted number)
If the red border is an attempt to make it look like a required field, then why does it only show when/during interaction with the field vs before any interaction. Still, even if that was the intention, we need control over the color to negate that effect, if desired.
Setup on Required Field. Let me know if you see something causing the red border issue in the setup.
Can you provide an eta for this fix plz. This is holding back our production release so your attention on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
ZeroCode Support… Have you all looked at the issue that was reported above?
Hello, @avr
Sorry for our long reply on your request. Please note that our team was on weekends, so answering can take more time
Please note that you can customize the plugin element accordingly to your needs by settings different conditions:
As a workaround for this case, we can propose you the next workflow:
-
Create a RG
-
Place the plugin element inside this RG
-
Add a Collapse Group in the same RG
Also, just for Test Purposes, can you please remove the Placeholder’s Data Source and try once again?
We will definitely check the plugin behavior and will push a new update in case of the real plugin issue. You will be notified about it immediately
Best regards,
Zeroqode Support Team
Hello, @avr
By this message, we would like to notify you that the issue, described by you ( red borders of the input in successful case) was fixed on our Demo Page.
It was reproduced for the reason of incomplete conditions for the plugin element
Here is a screenshot with the current plugin settings:
Hope it will help you to eliminate the error.
