Plaid Copilot help please

Hi,

I am trying to use Copilot’s Plaid plugin and appear to have successfully managed to connect the sandbox account and store a Plaid token however when I attempt to use this to obtain a balance (again in sandbox) I get the error below, not sure where I ma going wrong? I’ve searched previous posts and used ChatGPT but non the wiser. Thanks in advance

Shouldn’t that account id have a value in it? Also, did you enter your API key? That “enter your API key” button makes me think that the plugin cannot yet see your api key.

Thanks. Not sure how to change my nickname! lol

Wasn’t sure on the Account ID but looking it up it seems it’s needed when there is more than one account, which isn’t the case here in testing. When I press the “enter your API” button it takes me to the plugin page where I’ve entered Pliad client ID and secret key. Might have done that bit wrong bu then wouldn’t expect the first part of getting a token to work?
