Plaid Plugin Bug/No one is responding to my emails in a timely matter

I emailed both the plugin - CoPilot and Bubble help and there seems to be a bit of cat and mouse. Bubble says it’s the third party plugin and there is nothing they can do about it. While CoPilot says it’s Bubble and has nothing to do with them.
The bug is simply when I initialize the Plaid plugin on a mobile phone to gather the user’s bank info it comes up with this error. plaid plugin error
this does not happen on a computer only on a mobile phone, I’ve tried multiple phones same issue. Hopefully someone will respond back to me via forum.
