I have multiple gmail accounts, and I sometimes forget which one is connected to my Bubble account. When I choose the wrong one, I get stuck on this page:
There’s no way to go back and change the account; there’s no way to go forward without creating a new app. Why is there no logout button? And if I open a new tab to go to the main Bubble page, it automatically redirects back to pages like this or the sales/free trial page. This is so stupid!
That’s built for newcomers…clearly.
If it annoys you try working something out like writing down your credentials somewhere safe and problem solved. Otherwise It feels like you are lamenting your own negligence.
Building a logout button is basic page design. You’d think a developer would know that…
Just click continue then logout from there. What’s the problem here?
It’s there because the account has no existing apps. Every SaaS has the same UX.
I had to create an app to get the ability to log out! It’s part of a larger frustration that I’ve been stuck using a personal email address for Bubble for years, even though I now have a whole business built around my site. I choose the wrong login email because I’ve been unable to update my Bubble email to my business address.
I feel your pain. My longest client is on my personal account. I decided to just leave it at that and then park new clients in my business one in the future.
