Can someone please explain to me why it is better to use a button instead of making text or group clickable? I see no difference in the actions. Am I missing something?

Depends on the goal, sometimes it’s even better to use links due to the right click to open in new tab option.
Toss all 3 on a page and play around with various functionality.
