Hey @ZeroqodeSupport
Has this plugin stopped working for anyone else? I haven’t been able to send any emails with it anymore.
I ran a few tests by calling the API directly, and that worked fine. The plugin itself, however, seems to have stopped working, at least for me.
Since I have quite a few email workflows that rely on the plugin, I’d really prefer to keep using it instead of having to replace everything with direct API calls.
I use this plugin on 2 separate apps and just confirmed it’s working on both.
Thanks @msgiblin !!
Can you confirm they are updated?
Hi @rpetribu
Thank you for your inquiry.
We have not received widespread reports of issues with the Rich Postmark Emails plugin, so let us troubleshoot your setup to identify what is preventing the emails from sending in your app.
Troubleshooting Steps
-
Verify Plugin Credentials: Open the Plugins tab in your Bubble editor, select the Rich Postmark Emails plugin, and confirm that your API Key and Server Token are properly filled out in both the Development and Live fields without any extra spaces.
-
Inspect Server Logs: Go to Logs - Server logs in your Bubble editor and run a search for the timeframe when the email workflow ran. Check for specific Postmark API error responses or status codes (such as 401 Unauthorized or 422 Unprocessable Entity).
-
Check Dynamic Values: Ensure all mandatory fields in your workflow action - such as From, To, and Subject or Body content - are receiving valid data during execution. If any dynamic expression evaluates to empty or returns an invalid email format, the request will fail.
-
Compare with Official Demo: Review the Rich Postmark Emails Documentation and check our Demo Editor to ensure your action parameters match the expected structure.
Please test your workflow using the Bubble Debugger in ‘Step-by-step’ mode to verify that all field values are passing correctly to the action. Let us know what error messages appear in your server logs so we can guide you further.
Best regards,

Thanks, everyone, for your help. I finally figured out what happened.
I use Stripo.io to create our email templates, and thanks to the native integration between Stripo and Postmark, I can publish those templates directly to Postmark.
On the 23rd, Stripo was hacked, and sensitive information was compromised. As a security measure, Postmark automatically rotated the API tokens of customers who were using that integration. Unfortunately, I was one of them.
By pure coincidence, the 23rd was also the exact day I updated the plugin to its latest version, so I assumed the update was the cause of the issue when it was actually unrelated.
Hi @rpetribu
Thank you for following up and sharing the details.
We are glad to hear that you were able to pinpoint the root cause of the issue.
Timing like that can certainly make troubleshooting confusing, but it is great that you identified the rotated API tokens from Postmark and got everything clarified.
