Plugin to identify keywords from answer inputs that can then be identified as correct/wrong

I’m trying to make a website where the questions are either multiple choice or long-written answers, so I have 2 problems.

For the multiple choice, how would I be able to list 5 answers to choose from, all listed under the same question type, and be able to have

And for the long-written answers, is there a plug-in or action in which it can analyse an answer to look for specific keywords to mark that answer as correct or wrong?
