Hi. I have added the new Slider v2. I am struggling now to interact with the slider with a single click? Can I still click on an item in the slider to set the “Clicked index”? At the moment it seems that I have to Double Click, and secondly, it does not set the Clicked Index to the item I clicked, but rather to the current active index (which is not the item I am hovering over or clicking on)

The problem was in multiple slides per view, and on click-on slides the index was the same.
We kept the click event and state, but also added a single click event and state to interact with sliders:
Please update the plugin to the newest version and give it a try.

Wonderful! The new slider is SO MUCH BETTER! It is responsive in layout, and it is far more performant. I think you should put more info in the plugin description to point users to the v2 plugin as I had not realised I was still using the legacy version. Thanks!

Ive fully tested you free version and this works perfectly. I have just subscribed to the commercial version and its has an issue. It only shows the first image.

if i load 1.10.1 Minor fix it work. any version after that and its the first image only. nothing else works

The issue cause is the use of an old version of the plugin element (for the paid version).
To solve that, please use the newest version of the plugin element (V2)
So far the confusion also appears due to the fact that we have two demo pages (the old one uses the old version of the plugins element, throwing mentioned errors), and the new one has not yet been known much: https://wonderfulimagevideo.bubbleapps.io/version-test/slider-video?debug_mode=true

@RapidDev_Team Would it be possible to expose the Slider’s Media List as an attribute of the slider? I think it would make it quite a bit easier for me to load the selected element after a click. In particular it would enable me to randomise the content list and still open the selected item correctly.
e.g. Slider’s MediaList’s #Slider’s Clicked Index

Thanks all working as expected. Im not sure if its something you might think about for a future update. When the screen is changed (for example on mobile rotation etc) the image or video in the current view is lost and the reverts to the first media item. Anyway… all good and i’ll do the plugin review for good measure.

Hi. In our implemention we show a series of thumbnails in a slider and open a popup once a thumbnail is clicked. To open the correct content in the popup we have the same search parameters in the “Media List” field in the Slider as we do in the Workflow to set the Content in the popup, and use the Click index to retrieve the correct content item from the list.
This is fine, but we would like to be able to randomize the order of the items in the slider. We cannot therefore use the logic described above, as the 2 randomized lists would not correspond to one another. Being able to reference the Media List of the Slider as a referencable list in the Expression Editor would solve this (In the same way that you can reference a list relating to a Repeating Group).
Does that make sense?
