Point a external URL to a site at Bubble, how?

I have a website (both the domain and the hosting) at Godaddy (readinglesson.com) which I want to forward, to my site at Bubble (mntcastle.com).
Godaddy said: get the IP of my site at Bubble, then create a A record on my Godaddy account.
When trying the site, that gave an error that the site is insecure.
Thence Godaddy said, go talk to Bubble.

There is no talking to Bubble. Bubble robot sent me a long message which says go to to my settings, get the IP and try changing the A record at Godaddy.
Did, it wont load at all. Says, it took too long.
How can one do this?

Hi, try re-adding the A record to Godaddy again. On my end, the site doesn’t load at all.

And since there’s nothing left on Bubble end to be done, delete the record from GD, allow a few hours and then re-add.
