Pop-up negotiation bids workflow

Hi,

I am creating a negotiation software that instead of works in a repeating group users input their bid back and forth with certain limitations and when there is a rebuttal it shows as a pop-up group. I am experiencing trouble constructing the workflow of the pop up specifically of when, and if it set up properly.

I would love any direction or guidance on this matter, I haven’t started the workflow on this, but I wanted to ask before I start clicking.

How is the rebuttal represented in your DB?

here is the DB, I want to try and send data (amount and message) through the pop-up from one user to the other. so, if you have any idea how to do that, I would love any help in that regard, if you think I should change anything in the database I am open to try it.
