Powerpoint and Google Slides

I am trying to understand if the following is possible in Bubble to drive data-driven content creation:

  1. Ability to upload Google Slides or a Powerpoint deck (may be stored locally or in the cloud) and upload to Bubble

  2. Ability to edit the above file and save changes (either sync or download depending if cloud or local)

  3. Ability to insert merge tags in these documents that can then dynamically be updated based on the bubble database
