Preview Button Missing

For some reason the Preview button only displays on older versions of the app I’m working on. Now it only shows “Upgrade to deploy” button, no preview button in sight.

Any help?

Are you on a reusable element or in backend workflows?
Have to be on an actual page for preview to be visible.
