Don’t agree,
What according to you is a senior? A person with more than 3 years can call himself senior but there are people who may not have that much time building in bubble but can deliver far better results,
I think saying senior will deliver more than a junior x3 is only agencies marketing lines.

If you work with an agency like ours, it gives you the opportunity to work with a team instead so we can find the right fit for a developer instead of you having to find someone yourself.

If you can find decent 3 devs who may not fall in category of senior by years of experience, will ofcourse be far better than a so called senior one. And it’s always better to have a team than a single individual.
