Hello,
I’m new to Bubble and setting up my app’s database. I’m facing a strange issue with Privacy Rules.
When I try to set a “When…” condition for a privacy rule, even the most basic expression like This ListItem or This List stays red. The issue checker also gives an error saying “the condition should not be empty,” even though the expression is there.
A simple condition like This ListItem's Name is not empty turns blue and works correctly. However, any condition starting with This ListItem or This List by itself is red.
Troubleshooting steps I’ve already tried:
- Refreshing the page
- Rebooting my computer
- Trying different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
- Trying in Incognito/Private mode
The issue persists across all browsers. I have attached screenshots of the red condition and the issue checker error.
Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas on what could be causing this? It’s blocking me from setting up my privacy rules correctly.
