Problem creating a thing using data and elements in a table

I’ve created a table with data being pulled from a single source. The table displays details of a booking that will be created.

The dropdown in the ‘Slots Available’ cell has a default value that can be changed using a dropdown with static choices. This value is multiplied by the Rate PP and the Rate Total is displayed in the last column.

In the workflow, I want to create a new booking but am unable to find both the dropdown element’s value and the Rate Total’s value.
