Problem with Creating thing and delete record from table

Hi from this night i receive this error “Sorry, we ran into a temporary bug and can’t complete your request. We’ll fix it as soon as we can; please try again in a bit!” i found a way to bypass this error but, i now my record are delete after creation…
Did you change something ?

Problem was present from yesterday …when i try to create a record i receive this message

In Sever log, i found “Workflow error - certificate not trusted”

Have you some idea ?
