I’m once again reporting that my system is down and I’ve had a request since yesterday. @emmanuel I don’t want to criticize or devalue Bubble’s service, but it’s difficult.
Last month, I lost two of my biggest clients due to this same issue, with my system down for over 26 hours.
This all started after implementing Mobile, and I’ve already requested its removal. I can’t afford to have an app down.
I’m suffering reputation damage, and even with a request that’s been open for over 8 hours with the previous number, I haven’t received a response. Please help me, because this way I’ll end up losing all my clients.

Only the Menu doesn’t work on Mobile; on the desktop, nothing works.
A customer also reported system instability via Bubble. The message appears: “Workflows could not run because too many events triggered at the same time.”
This is likely something they’ve been changing recently, causing significant disruption.
We urge you to resolve this urgently, as this is causing irreparable losses to contracts and licenses with existing customers.
This isn’t the kind of response we need at a time like this. I already have open tickets. Last time, it took 26 hours, with the loss of two of my biggest clients. I already have 18 open tickets here, and people are asking about the same issue. This can’t happen. I wouldn’t mind paying more for more efficient support. Unfortunately, our system isn’t even close to reaching the dedicated level. The platform is new, but I’ve invested heavily in events and promotion. However, the negative feedback in my market, which has just over 2,000 professionals, undermines the credibility of any platform.
I like Bubble, but it’s complicated and borders on disrespectful.
