Professional Plan Temporarily for Developer Access

Is it a good idea to upgrade from Personal to Professional just temporarily to be able to invite a freelance developer? Seems like the invite option is not available with the Personal plan and I am hiring someone to work on my app for a limited time. Seems like a reasonable option as the additional plan cost would be $100, if it can be downgraded again within one month. Or, is there a better way?

You can still leave your Editor open, but the problem is if someone grabs the link, he will be able to make any modification on your app.

Not sure what you mean by “leave your Editor open”? Do you mean handing over the login details to the developer?

In the general settings, you can select the option “Everyone can edit” in the dropdown and drop the link to your developer

I assume the editor would not be able to access/change app plan nor the account page, right?

Anyone can edit.... but can they Deploy?

Hi there, @major_groove… I have collaborated on multiple apps that were set to Anyone can edit, and while there are things in the Settings area that people with the link cannot do, they can deploy the app to live and revert to save points.
