Prompted to sign in over and over

I’m prompted to sign in every time I navigate to a new bubble page. This happens even when I’m already signed it. A screen slides in from the right and it says, “Welcome back! Sign in below” it has a little atomic symbol as the logo. It pre-populates my email address.
