As with any career, you’re going to find examples that confirm that getting into Bubble is a great idea, and examples that tell you otherwise.

This forum is a great place to start to learn bubble, to network and to find work. You’ve asked a lot of questions and here are my responses to some of them:

  1. People use this forum to find work but you’ve got to get good at building with bubble first. Generally, a personal project is the best way to get your feet wet.
  2. For those who get the transition to WU, and can figure out how to optimize their apps, WU is not going to be an issue. So my advice would be to learn as much as possible. You have a software background and that is a huge advantage when it comes to building performant apps.
  3. Bubble is the leader in the #nocode space for entrepreneurs and founders to turn their ideas into software, and there will always be room for good developers, agencies and freelancers to make money. Of course, we have to offer and deliver good value, and also learn and adapt.
  4. If your skills are strong, and you are bubble Certified, joining an agency is a good next step. The variety and diversity of projects will lead to gaining solid experience.

I hope something in this long response is helpful. Feel free to reach out if I can help in any way.
