Push effect to refresh the page

Hello,
I’m making a native app and I was wondering if it is possible to make an effect similiar to this so that the user can refresh the page more easily. https://gyazo.com/875baa2e620520885b8756188616fe3c

Its called “Pull to Refresh” and there are JS libraries that help you do it.

For instance boxfactura has pulltorefresh.js

How to get that integrated into bubble is beyond me.
