QR code that opens your mobile app?

Hi Guys !

I’ve develop an app, and @gaurav from DDK wrapped it (thanks ) so now it’s deployed on the Apple and the Play Stores.

I wondered if it is possible to generate a QR code, that opens directly the app ? I found some information, regarding URI and deep links, but I can’t really get it right.

As any of you already done this ?
