Question About APP Transfer

I’ll try and make this as brief as I can and yet try to explain my question.

If I created an app that is on the paid plan under my account and which the app is on the starter plan…

from what I understand if I stop the paid plan and take it back to the free plan I can transfer the app to another account?

The property manager wants me to transfer the app to an account they created.

Is this the way to do it?

I really don’t have a lot of insight on how all this works in Bubble and any help would be appreciated.
