Got a tricky situation with saving data, here’s a basic outline.
I have a system status page as we run multiple apps and from here you can view the current status of our apps, if we ever have downtime I want to automatically save all related correspondence to the downtime in a data type called
incidents recorded so that we can automatically generate incident postmortem if none have been done.
I currently have a workflow that when we update the status it stores the message, incident type e.g. major outage & date any time this is changed I want to store it in data so we can just auto-generate the incident postmortem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
