Quick dumb question about layout spacing

I have a parent group set to 960 px width and an inner group with 700 px width. When I have the inner group left aligned, it leaves 260 px of space to the right. https://i.imgur.com/8YfU1Qg.png

When I center it though, it has 130 px to the left and 129 to the right. https://i.imgur.com/gw6U8vn.png

What is happening when I have it centered? Is it centered correctly, and it is just rounding it weirdly? Or is it off centered by 1 px? If it is off is there any way to get it centered properly?

Do you have any margins on the left or right that you’re overlooking?

Nope, even just tried added two blank groups on a new page and it’s still the same.
