Hey! How hard it would be to set up this plugin with SaaS so users can set this up?
do you mean users would access their Quickbooks accounts? That’s what this plugin is for, and the demo page shows exactly that setup. It’s not very hard
Yeah! It seems like it works like expected with SaaS apps. Btw. Do you know if this works with Quickbooks in Canada?
Yes, i believe it should work fine with any country supported by Quickbooks. But it’s always good to try (if you subscribe to the monthly option you will be charged only for the actual days you used the plugin not the full month, so you can experiment freely)

When reading an item, is there a way to get QtyOnHand? I’m not seeing it unless it is named something else. Or maybe i’m loco.
Also, there’s no way to update an invoice… 
Having an issue with GST (ie. tax code) when creating basic Australian invoices,
error produced:

firstly, trying to authenticate access only to my own quickbooks account using your plugin in a similar way that i access my google drive (note* accessed using API connector!), see process below:
- get access token
- refresh token
- create actions using token (ie. add data to google sheet)
- for quickbooks: looking to create customers, employees, and invoices
attempting to get this auth occurring without prompting “authorise access” acceptance page? see screenshot below:
i have managed to get access using the prompt page but want to be able to create actions without the prompt, is this possible?
lastly, once i have access i am still having the previous issue as mentioned (creating invoice without GST details in body code). will keep sussing this out and let you know if i have any luck!

To access only your account you’d need a different version of the plugin, which is here:
it allows you to stay authed for 100 days.

have attempted to use the authenticate version, but it is giving an error of “the access token does not have sufficient scope?”
setup as per your instructions:
get new access token:
save refresh token:
this all seems to work!
but then, attempting to create a customer produces the scope missing error, see workflow for customer creation below:
