Randomiser App for Sporting App

I would like to build a basic (I think!) randomiser app for kicking (Aussie Rules Football).

The app would be built around differential learning where i would need to load in all the different types of kicks I have compiled (around 1500 of them) that would load into the back end and then the user clicks a button (“next kick”, a football icon or something), they perform the kick and then either press again for the next kick and/or program in “x” amount of kicks for the session (44 for example) and it just produces the list of 44 kicks for this session and you simply go through the list of kicks and perform them for 1 rep each.

I’d also like to be able to ensure that no kick is repeated twice until all kicks have performed at least once.

A log of sessions completed for the user would also be required.

Thoughts please? This is totally not my area!!
