I found this incredible website with amazing animations. I am not a coder but it provides code and CSS that supposedly can be transferred into an app.
I am struggling to understand how to do so. This is most certainly from a lack of understanding how code works…help would be very much appreciated 
The website is reactbids.dev. Attached is a pic of the content it provides. Is this possible to be used on bubble and if so, how? Do I need to add styles? is it meant to be on the page or group or html element? etc
