Rebrandly Plugin Not Working in Live Version

Hi,
I can’t seem to get my app to create Rebrandly links in the live version. I’ve tested over and over in the dev version, it works perfectly fine, then I deploy live - only to find out that it’s not working in Live at all. I thought it was something wrong with my workflows but that doesn’t seem to be the case if it’s working in dev? I’ve also checked the API Connector, although I’m not quite sure what to do there and I’m thinking that might be where the issue is.

Has anyone experienced this before or does anyone have any ideas for a fix?

For some reason whenever I use a slashtag it doesn’t generate short URLs
