Recognising the sounds of nature

Hi!
I want to create an app on Bubble with the following basic functionality:
Suppose a user records a video of a frog making sounds. The app analyzes the video and the sounds within it, then identifies the source of the sounds. It will name the animal species — in this case, a frog — and also specify the exact species of that frog.

Is it possible to build such an application on Bubble? If so, how could it be done?
