Recording a POSIX or only number Date format

Hi,
Does anyone knows if I can record a Posix type of Date for a record ?
I need some kind of fixed format with only numbers “date format” to be record after a button pressing.

I ve looked in the Custom Format Date…but cant figure out if a Posix format can be built using yyyy,mm,dd…etc…
Any idea ?

Hey @ericterii,

Not sure I’m exactly following, but hopefully this helps:

You can :extract a Unix timestamp (POSIX) and store it in a number data type as follows:

But you can also just store the actual date in a date data type and then display it using the same :extract modifier.
