# Reduced opening times and faster with iOS 27

Hello everyone,

I installed iOS 27 yesterday on my iPhone 16 Pro Max and I noticed a drastic reduction in opening times (for my app from about 4 seconds to 1 poor) and also a greater internal responsiveness..

I wanted to understand if this is part of iOS 27 or if there has been any improvement under the hood that also affects Android (I don’t have devices to test on, alas).
