I have set three action on 3 arrow to show Group1 , 2 , 3 but when right arrow are used 1st left does not perform action.What’s the issue

Are you using Option Set to show/hide groups? If yes - check that Option Set value changes correctly and also check conditionals on your Group 1/2/3 that show/hide your groups.
