Regex: Extract word preceded with #

Hello,
I am looking to take a multiline input value, extract only the words that are preceded by a #, and put them in a list for later filtering.
Example:
the input value is:
The #brown fox #jumped over the #fence.
The list should be of 3 elements: brown, jumped, fence

Any idea how to do that with Regex or other?

Many thanks

Hey @gerard.rafie

Have you tried the regex #\S+

Would that work for your situation?

Thank you J805. it did not work. However, I found what works:
#\w*
