Regex Help - Extract Last Name

Hey everyone,

Hoping this is an easy answer, but have yet to find it. I have this working, but am looking to get rid of the extra space BEFORE the last name.

Example: John Doe

To retrieve the last name, I’m using this:

Working perfectly, but it adds an extra space at the beginning of the last name.

Anyone here fluent and able to help?
