Has anyone ever experienced a purely regional outage before?
I had two customers from the same region of Florida contact me at the same time saying that they got the “Sorry we encountered a bug” message.
My first thought was maybe they had the same internet service provider and so I asked them to reboot their computers and routers, but they continued to get the same message even after doing that. I have many customers in many different states and no one else has a current issue nor am I able to reproduce the problem.
I’ve submitted a bug report but I was wondering if anyone’s seen a regional issue before? Or perhaps it’s purely coincidental that two customers a mere 50 miles from each other out of all our customers across the country are having identical issues at the same time?
