Relationship result does not appear on cell phone

Guys, can someone help me?
I have this text that pulls the client’s name from the Schedule table (it’s a relationship). The problem is that on the desktop the name appears and on the mobile (android and iphone) the name doesn’t appear… What can it be?

These things can often be caused by privacy rules. It could be that you’re logged in as a User on desktop, but not on mobile.

Have you checked that?
