Remove special characters from Open Ai Assistant's

Hey there!
I’m using Open Ai’s assistants API for an app, and I’d like to remove the source from the response.

I’ve heard a Regex code will be the go to solution, but I’m having a hard time getting to the right code.

What I’d like to remove from response:

what do you mean by that?
I’ve trained an assistant with document/contracts and this is a direct reference to one of those documents.

how is changing the prompt work, as I want the assistant to mention these documents?
