Repeat Page Workflow and Save Data Each Time

I have three fields on a single page requiring input. When hitting add another, I would like to have the elements clear and allow for an additional entry. I want this to repeat, saving the data each time, until the done button is selected.

I could continue to copy and reuse the page, is there any other way though?

Yes of course.

When button “Add Another” is clicked, the workflow can add the item to the database, then clear the form.

When button “done” is clicked, the workflow can add the item to the database, then whatever you want next.

If for some reason those workflows don’t work for you the other thought I had was you could make a “do when condition is true” workflow that triggers when you want it to clear the form and save the data.
