Repeating Group Not Clicking Elements Issue

Hi all,

I have just copied over a repeating group from one page to another and recreated all the relevant workflows for the copied repeating group to work the same as the original repeating group. I have an icon in the repeating group that, when clicked, should change. However, in the copied repeating group, I can only click the icon in the first row of the repeating group, and none of the others are clickable. I have attached a GIF showing the issue. I haven’t changed the wording or anything either, so I have no clue what is going on here.

Does anyone know why this issue is occurring? The workflows are the exact same.
