Repeating group removing space of group

Hey bubble community,

Hoping that someone might know where I am going wrong here - I am having trouble with a group. The space below the group of repeating groups is collapsing. I am trying to get it to keep the white background all the way to the bottom of the page. None of the sections are collapsable, it is only the titles that i have a conditional set so as to only show on the first row
