Repeatinggroups stop working after a couple of minutes

I have a one page app with a lot of repeatingsgroups lists with buttons to filter through the list. After a couple of minutes the lists gets inactive and stops searching properly and the user need to update the page to be able to filter the lists. Why is this? a bug?
