Repeatting group autoload blocked behind a vpn

Hello.
I am working behind a vpn that I do not manage. It seems that some settings of this VPN prevent the automatic reloading of Repeatting Groups.

  • Would you know what type of setting is at the VPN level or at another level that blocks automatic reloading.
  • The auto reload is ok when I test on another network.
