Reset password - disregard the old password

In one of the tutorials I used to follow, resetting the password requires only the values from the new password and confirmation password input box.

But in the Bubble version, I’m using, the old password is now needed in resetting the password.

Is there a way, to override the current workflow? I want to reset the password by only inputting the new password and the confirmation password.

You must be doing something wrong…

The reset password action only requires the new password (and confirmation)…

Maybe you’re using the wrong workflow action?.. (some screenshots might help)

Here, when I type some keyword like “res”, only below options are available. The reset password which used to be here is no longer available.

To proceed with resetting the password, the closest workflow available is this one.

I’m good with this one except that I don’t want to include the old password.

Update User’s Credentials is not for resetting passwords, it’s for changing them (you need the existing password to do this)…

To reset a User’s password you need to use the ‘Rest Password’ action:

Note: this action can only be done (and is only available) on the built-in reset_pw page of your app.
