Reset password email branding

I have tried to create an account with Sendgrid/Twilio, but it doesn’t work. Is there a workaround, a known issue (looks like it) or another email provider I can use? I am trying to brand the reset password email (and more) with domain name and logo.

Thank you for you recommendation. It looks like you have to pay a little and the trial is for a short period only? I need to find a service that is for free as long as there are few emails like it is in the beginning.

the free allows for testing purposes which then allows you to pay for a service you actually require.

Much like Bubble or any other tech, you have usage while free but if you go above those limits it costs.

Postmark or Loops.so are the best alternatives to useless Sendgrid (twilio)

Postmark looks good, but I have no idea how to get started in there. I just want to add a logo and email for the reset password from bubble as a start. I have added txt and cname and txt is verified and cname will hopefully soon also be verified (I just added it 5 min ago).

You can do a Google search for drag and drop html email builder, and export the html to save as templates in Postmark, but you’ll still need to learn how to include variables in the email. I’d recommend getting a bit familiar with HTML and CSS, as that’ll come in handy anyway, and all emails are html, so being able to build your own HTML emails gives the best branding at essentially no cost. One of the reasons email builders charge what they do is because of the email designer, and people don’t want to learn just a little bit of HTML/CSS, so they pay for a builder tool instead.

I learned HTML and CSS years ago, but havn’t used it since then. I can check it out, but for now I just want to replace bubbles email and logo. Do you know how to do that in Postmark? I just also found out the reset password functionality in bubble stopped working when the emails txt cname was added. Before I could reset password and get an email from bubble. Now I don’t get anything.
