Reset Password workflow out of "reset_pw" page

How can I use the “Reset password” workflow out of the “reset_pw” page?
This workflow option is only available to me on this page

(I want to bind an SSO login to a user previously signed up by email)

This isn’t possible, you can only use the Reset Password action within the reset_pw page
