Resetting user info

Need help

I have a software where every time a user uses it (same login), the user info should reset to all entries false or empty. Any ideas on how to do this?

Hi Daniel, :slight_smile: Sure. You can add an action after ‘Log In’ is clicked, which is ‘Account’ --> Make Changes to Current User’. Then set all of the fields you would like to reset to be equal to nothing (For example, Name = ). Then set the yes/no fields to no. Is this what you were looking to accomplish?

That works just fine untilI I get to the number fields… It won’t let me mark it as empty?

For the number fields you should be able to leave it blank

BRCA Personal Age Breast =

That should change it to an empty value
If you want it to be 0 instead, simply put a 0 (not using Dynamic Text)

Remove “current user’s BRCA…” just leave it blank.
