The editors I have open are still working, but when trying to open an additional I’m seeing this error.

Same thing here. Open tabs are working, but if I refresh they are down

Yup, this was the behavior for me as well. I tried to reload (as I do frequently to lower memory usage in Chrome) and am now unable to work on anything.

Yes, live version and test version are on, however editor mode is down
